Question on the employee discount

hi ,I am trying to get new service with att and take advantage of the new employee discount.
I know we get 50% on the data plan which includes unlimited talk and text.
I am trying to add either the att world connect value plan or the latin america plan.
and I was wondering if the 50% apply to those plans as well...thanks in advance.

those plans offer 1 cent a minute for calls to
any phone in mexico for a 5 and 10 dlls a.month.
