Payment arrangements - updated

Seems like I heard that extensions being requested are done exclusively through the MyAT&T website, app and automated pay system.

 

I think someone said that scheduling the payment will now charge a $5 fee, so customers are better off not scheduling. In order to get an extension without scheduling, that requires the website.

 

These are just things I heard, but haven't had a chance to verify for myself.
