Terminated lines. Last bill is wrong amount.

Hello

 

I terminated 4 lines on a family plan to move to a different carrier.  I got my final bill but noticed it was higher than I was told it would be.

 

When I looked at the details of my bill it says I owe $194.29 for billing period Dec. 20- Jan. 19, 2014.  Plus an additional $594.31 in termination fees.  This brings my total to $788.60.  The problem is my bill for Dec. 20 - Jan. 19, 2014 was already paid.  When I look at my billing history its shows as being paid on Feb. 15.

 

I don't understand why I'm being asked to pay again.  Am I missing something here?

 

Any help is appreciated.
