I am an ATT customer by around 6 years (maybe more).
My iphone was not functioning properly and I paid for another phone in an ATT kiosk.
Important:
When the employee was looking for options in my account changed my old plan without any intention by my part and for sure by mistake,
(The plan is one of the two reasons I continue with my contract in this company. The other reason was the great customer service due to inmediate issue solutions).
I contacted ATT by phone around 4 times.
Every time I had a conversation with a representative, they said that they put a note in the system to perform an investigation and agreed verbally that my plan was modified recently (my contract is not due).
The issue was NEVER SOLVED.
Curiously I am getting another bill requesting extra payment, Now about $25 due to internet data exceeds the limit. My account never had this issue and I had for years the unlimited contract.
Looking for an option to contact them, the page does not provide me an e-mail to document it.
HOW I COULD FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE SOLVED?
ATT is not having an inmediate solution to this issue.
I am very disappointed about the bad customer service solutions I am getting.
When they are going to return my original contracts settings?
