So- our daughter leaves our phone plan 1.5 years ago to have her own plan. AT@T cancels the monthly plan but neglects to correct the monthly charge to the Unlimited Messaging. We have paid $10.00 every month for a line not even on our plan! Kimberly in customer service said we should be paying $20.00 per month but we have been paying $30.00 per month. The kicker is- it is our fault for not scrutinizing the monthly 3 page bill to make sure that AT@T does their job correctly! Oh , they will credit 2 months for us- how nice of them! Asked to talk to a Supervisor but imagine that - none available!
