I have had your service since January. And has been such a joke!!!!!! After the very long installation process(a month) the bill has NEVER been rite. Always a different amount then suppose 2. And NONE of ur reps can answer why they just say apply a discount. Well itsits unacceptable anymore cuz should b same if not cheaper not more expensive!!!! I don't go over data actually usually have rollover. Well for 3 weeks now I have been calling 2 get answers. And I still have yet 2 talk 2 sum1 and I have waited hours!!!!!! On hold. I would like a manager contact me ASAP. I AM 100% READY 2 SWITCH NOT WORTH THE HASSEL OF ALWAYS CHECKING BILL. HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO YALL RIP OFF????
