I am traveling in South Africa. I suspened my phone service and agreed to pay a 10 per month fee while I am away to preserve my unlimited plan.
I am having billing issues and do not have an AT&T phone so I had to pay for a call to your international number.
They kept me on the line for 20 mins - costing a fortune - and said they would correct the issue. But there were more issues and now it seems nothing was done.
I logged on for live chat and guess what that option has not hyperlink or access button to click. I tried the old customer care email address and was sent an auto reply that this is no longer in use. Of course it referred me to the live chat on the website that is......not working.
How do I reach someone to get assistance??
