Fraudulent Billing

I am being harassed by phone & mail by a collection agency saying they represent AT&T. I am a current customer & my account is up to date . I spoke to a representative this evening who verified that there are no outstanding charges. She then transferred me to the Fraud Dept. Where I sat on hold for 25 minutes. I finally gave up. I guess AT&T isn't all that concerned about fraud!
