I purchased a Galaxy Note 5 on 8/14 through Premier. Wife wasn't happy with it so returned it on the 24th with the included return label. Next month on my bill is the installment payment due, I call them and after litterally an hour on the phone and explaining to multiple people, they said they found it at a different warehouse and to give them a couple of days for the credit to go through.
Well, 2 days later and nothing, so I call them again and wouldn't you know it, they insisted I never called in the first place. There's no notes, no conversation log, nothing. So here I am re-explaining everything (another hour on the phone) and all they can do is open a "ticket".
Well, another month goes by and I get my next bill, there it is still. So I call again, nope no record of a "ticket" being opened, so I re-explain everything (another hour on the phone) and the escalate.
A few days goes by and I hear nothing, and my bill is coming due, so I call back. The case was closed, the representative didn't provide enough information for the escalation team so they closed it. WHAT!! Are they completely incompetent?!!
So here I am again, re-explaining everything (another hour) and they said I should go to the post office and file a lost claim. They are basically telling me to commit FRAUD. I explained that I can't go to the post office and file a lost claim when AT&T themselves told me they have the phone. They can't be serious can they? I asked the rep and she just said that's all they can do.
Wow, I should go to the post office and tell them that AT&T is recommended their customer file false insurance claims...
