My monthly payment is drafted from my bank account and I do not always look at the monthly statement because of this. However I had just realized that for the last 4 monthly cycles i have been charged an absorbent amount of money for data charges. Prior to that the monthly bills were not like this and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!! My daughter and I are on an account together and I am being told my phone line is the one that is using so much data. For the last four months it has been $600-$400 a month and this is absurd!!! I have wifi at home that I am connected to. The att customer service said my phone must have something wrong!! I do not watch movies or anything like that. The only apps I have are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and snapchat. I hardly ever look at Twitter or snapchat and really even Instagram. I am prob on my phone 2 hours a day at the most. The att customer service said for me to have this much data I would be on my phone 24/7!! I am a nurse and I work so I am not on my phone near 4 hours a day. When I called I was offered a insult of a $25 credit. After I comained I was told $100 is the most. WHAT??? For hundreds and hundreds of dollars. they even commented something has to be wrong with my phone. SO WHY AM I BEING CHARGES THIS!!!!! I AM GOING TO CALL T-MOBILE OR VERIZON TO SEE ABOUT CHANGING SERVICE!!! PROVIDERS. I can not afford this!!!! THANKS FOR NOT HELPING ME!!!!
