Customer Care executive are not supportive

I called a customer care as I have concern about my Bill around 6:40 PM PST.

She told me she has some issue with her system and will reach back to me in another 5 secs.Even though I told her I wont mind being online as the time takes to transfer the call to executive is more than 5 mins.She just disconnected the call and didnt call me back at all.

I really had very bad exeperience with Customer care.They are not helpful at all.Wheever i asked executive to transfer my call to supervisior either they cut or took so much of time want to irritate to cut the call.

 

Please help me on this.I am with att for long time and such repsonses make me think to other service provider.
