I will never do business through AT&T again.

I have been trying to get my refund of $42.66 from AT&T since JANUARY of 2015. That's 10 months, people! 

 

Upon moving and needing to cancel my subscription for various reasons that were out of my control, AT&T owed me money from an overpayment. This multibillion, money hungry, pathetic company is apparently uncapable of sending the check. I have spoken with countless customer service members who have promised that the "check is in the mail" or that "we'll get a replacement sent out right away"... But here I am, 10 months later, and still being jipped of my money.

 

I've given up on trying to obtain what is owed to me. However, I wanted to make it well known how terrible this company has been to me.

 

If anyone has any specific questions, I will be happy to help as best I can!  No one should have to deal with this. There are enough problems and struggles in peoples day-to-day lives, internet & cable should not be one of them!
