I can see that bad news definitely still travels faster than good news (just look at all the negative posts) well, I just wanted to give some positive feedback to AT&T Customer service, specifically Carl Debrille (sp), I won't get into the specific details but... He treated me like a person, not just a customer, and he was very understanding to my situation, the best part of my experience was that I told him about my issue, and HE came up with the solution (and then some), he didn't leave me scratching my head trying to figure something out. DEFINITELY gets a 10 in my book!
