My bill

i have called several times. I have a case on my account. Yesterday I spoke to customer assurance and they promised it would be fixed yesterday. [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]. Look my account up there are lots of notes. I am so tired of this. At this time I am ready to let this account go if you can't fix this problem.
