Poor customer service

I made a payment arrangement 8/14 when the date came the card on file was not sufficient to cover the charge so I called in with another form of payment and succefully processed the payment. Can you tell me why the original card was billed excessively three times for an arrangement that was fulfilled as promised? As a result I incurred three nsf fees by May bank totaling $105. When I called your customer service department, they stayed they would research the matter and call me back. I have yet to be credited or hear from anyone. I refuse to stay with a company that operates this way.
