The last 3 monthsi have been getting a crazy amount of data overage charges and no one in customer service can tell me why.
I have done nothing new with my phone since I bought it 15 months ago but in June I stated getting text after text after text that I was going over my data. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!!
I'M DOING NOTHING DIFFERENT THAN I'VE DONE THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR.
AT&T gave me a measly $25 credit on the first two months of overage charges totaling over $145.00. Any they can't tell me why. I don't steam anything. I do email, FB and on occasion user my GPS.
I saw several Internet articles that AT&T is scamming their customers and I believe it because I've been living it the past 3 months ams it came out of nowhere.
And... If you pay your regular bill only and not the charges while you dispute them, your phone calls intro customer service automatically get rerouted to collections and if you don't pay the overage fees they turn off your service and then charge you $40.00 to reconnect you which just adds more insult to injury.
This should be criminal.
