1 ..I'm a loyal customer for 10 years. I always a payment arrangement every month due to only getting spider once a month. Out of 10 years I missed 2 payment arrangements *according to your service rep) in july. I made both arrangements in august on time and because of missing those 2 in July I can no longer make payment arrangements. My father was ill in june/july so of course it slipped my mind. I was just asking to pay the $167 until Tuesday the 8th. The answer was no. So very disappointed after 10 years of loyal service even tho there are others way cheaper but I liked AT&T not anymore. Shame on you guys. I also made a $50 payment in good faith yesterday and still the answer was no. We all fall on hard times in some point of our lives.
