HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am very upset with ATT will not recommend this horrible service to any of my friends or family. Not only is the service bad (dropped calls and slow internet) but the Floor manager I spoke with today was NOTHING RUDE!!!! she had the nerve to tell me I was not making my payments?!?!?!?! This was beyond insult. At this point my blood is boiling and I ask to speak to her manager and she says "inorder for my manager to call you there is a 24-72 hours waiting period. I couldn't believe that! So on hold for 30 minutes and speaking to the agents for 45 minutes and Last I get hung up on! I'm done reporting ATT for Fraudelent charges to the BBB. So happy there is paper trail to track the times and dates I made all my payments on time and full amounts...I WILL NEVER RETURN OR REFER ATT TO ANYONE.
