Hello, I am Barry I had a contract and cancelled about two months ago. I assume by mistake AT&T wanted me to pay my last bill so I did but I paid for an additional 3 weeks even dough my contract already was cancelled. So they owe me 178$. I cancelled because I got orders to got to the Netherlands. Here banks do NOT accept US checks!!
So I asked them to wire the money to my Dutch bank account. I spoke to several AT&T representatives and the last person I spoke to was a guy named Robert throug The AT&T Facebook page. He doesn't respond to my messages anymore.
Still they owe me money, I always paid on time and automatically wired the money. But he says that AT&T cannot wire the money to me. I am at the point and talking to a lawyer now to get me my money. So I need to have the address and a name from somebody of AT&T that my lawyer can send a letter to, to get the legal stuff started.
I am really mad and the customer service is fine as long as you have a contract and pay but once you are gone....you have not any value to them.
Can somebody here help me??
