The new bill pay system makes me want to vote for Donald Trump. Before I could pay my bill in minutes the day I got it now I have to find the checkbook that Noone uses anymore because most companies save all the info just like you did 2 months ago. I have to spend 30 minutes trying to scan the check only to have it not work then I spend 30 minutes looking for glasses to read the tiny numbers. And yes I know I can sign up for reoccurring bill pay but I'm old, I'm grumpy, I want to do it my way when I want. I can call you but you charge me 10.00 to pay my bill that way. It's like the dark ages maybe I start training crows to deliver the payment. Seems it would be easier. Or maybe you can go back to how it was 2 months ago and I just hit 3 buttons and smile and think wow att has it together. Like I use too. Don't even get me started on the new plans to get rid if contracts and just pay more each month for a phone. Maybe I'm getting old and grumpy but I was it was like the past you get quoted a rate you pay the rate not pay for everything separate I take the 49.00 plan it cost 100.00 a month. Dumb it down I don't want more decisions. And charging to pay your bill is like a hooked charging you taxes the fee is the fee. Let me write some add for you.. we want you to pay us to pay us...we want you to pay a fee to pay a fee for a phone we make you pay for. I'm going to bed. Bill me for my fee to dream.
