I literally can't handle the state of my bill. The bill is literally half my mortgage for a 2000 square foot home that my family LIVES IN!! And MORE than my car payment! A car that takes me to work to make money. I've been a customer for over 18 years and I get treated like a piece of trash every time I call to get help from this company. I can no longer afford to continue to be a loyal customer. Please consider your business practices. This is wrong on so many levels!! I can get the same or more from another phone company for less than half the cost. Same plan you offer, I can get for $150!!! I don't want to leave because I hate changing but my family needs to eat. They need their home and car
