I just want to warn other customers to avoid going to the following horrible ATT store:

They wasted 4 hours of my time total and convinced me to end not only my 15 year history with ATT wireless, but also my wife's 10 year history with Uverse cable, internet, and land line phone services.
We simply wanted to add my wife's cell phone to my plan and had all kinds of issues in terms of sim cards, wrong customer service imputs onto my account, not being able to have any data on my wife's phone even though we're paying for the new plan, being told one thing after another that turns out incorrect. And then, ultimately, just extremely rude, inept, incompetent, unhelpful, negligent customer service from the 3 out of 3 store employees (including their manager).
On top of that, at around the 3 hr mark, another ATT employee in tech services I believe, that was talking to the manager said he would give us a nice discount on our services that never showed up on our plan and every other service rep we spoke to on the phone said that none was ever entered for us by any ATT employee so we're out of luck. Unreal. We will spend the next coming weeks writing bad reviewes for ATT everywhere we can during any of our free time while also letting everyone we know, including on social media, how horrific our experience has been with ATT and to stay as far away from the as possible.
