Is anyone else sick to the back teeth of AT&T's arrogance? I spoke to five agents over the weekend (Roxanne, David, Stephen, Ed and most arrogant of all the senior manager, Leny - woman) and not only was the mantra at AT&T parroted back at me in a robotic, uniform and sadly dull way, the sense of self-satisfaction in the tone of the three managers (David,Ed and Leny) was truly dispicable.
