Julie was very helpful with me a few weeks ago when I had my billing issue and was able to solve it for me. I am hoping someone will be just as helpful with the new issue.
My son had water damage to his phone and I want to put an insurance claim on it. However the deductable is $125.00 and is a little expensive for us to pay all at one. Julie stated that we will be able to split the extra charge among multiple bills. When I called customer care today they said they did not have the authority to do that and I would need to speak to a manager. When I informed them that I had they still said they could not help me. So I am contacting you about it so that I can file the claim with no worries.
