For the past couple of months my bill was raised up to $180. Normally i would pay $120 every month. But this time, they want to say i had to pay a fee because the charges of a iphone. The only person who has a iphone in my house is my daughter & her phone ISNT even connected ! I mean if this was their first time i understand but this has happened MULTIPLE times before & it is just getting ridiculous. I was planning to move to get my daughter's phone reconnected with Metro again yesterday & to find out they relocked her phone again. She paid $30 to get it unlocked what a waste she could of used her money for something else. She tried to unlock it online with the customer service lady but shes not the original owner of the phone, so she can't do it. But in the agreement it states EXACTLY "THE AT&T Mobile Device was designed for use on AT&T network" which the iphone is. I think they are going way to far forcing us to stick with them & making new users to the iphone go for their plans.
