As a loyal customer, I would like to voice a concern with your terms and policies with respect to the Mobile Share with Rollover Data plan. I do not agree that a customer has to forfeit any unused overage data in the billing cycle. Instead the unused data should be applied to the rollover for the next billing cycle since the customer has paid for that extra data. Furthermore, I believe it is misleading to state Rollover as it is not like your previous Rollover plans that last for one year.
