I am writing you concerning my payment for the month of March-April ($632.16). I understand that there is a charge for $199.00 for Insurance replacement of my Samsung 6, however,upon checking my History file, I found that I have been paying for a Cell #*** (removed) over the past few years, I really can't say how many years because the History file only allowed me to review back to Oct 2014. Upon further review of my file I discovered that there was a charge in the ammount of $72.51 for the *** for the period of February and March, 2015, this Cell *** averaged only approximately $22.00 each month. I tried resolving this matter through the ATT Phone Center located here in Mobile, AL on Schillenger Rd. without any success or any reasons for this happening. I explained to the Agent that waited on me that there are only two Cell phones in my home and that I beleive that I should be reimbursed for all the payments made in the past years for the *** phone number. Also I purchased a Samsung Pad the first of the year and after talking with the Agent at the Phone Center, discovered that there a phone line *** for data attached to the contract that I never requested and woulkd have to continue to pay for because of the terms of the contract, this should have been explained to me prior to my signing the contract.I am truly frustrated and are seeking other providers that are able to provide the same services at a cost lower of even equal to what I am paying ATT. I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. I am awaiting your answer before I pay this current bill. I only need the basic services and not all the other things that I don't even understand or need.
My wife and I are both over Seventy and very close to Eighty so there is no need for all the latest Family Plans. Please provide only the cheapest plans available that will alow us to use our cell phones for local and long distance and very little texting capability, If that is not possible then I will be force to seek out other sources of Cell, TV, and Internet services, I have been with ATT for many years and have not had any other Provider, I would like to continue, however, I cannot afford ATT at this price and and all the overpayments. At this time I am willing to pay what ever it cost to rid myself of all the deceptions and that include the balance of the cost of the Samsung Pad $500.00 and the cancellation of the ATT Digital Life Security That I just had installed a coulple of months ago.Thanks
