- I purchased an AT&T phone on 2/28/15 and promptly returned it 8 days later to an AT&T store because I was not getting service in my house. I have called AT&T more than 5 times to resolve this, and I continue to get notices asking me to pay $700. Some of the most unhelpful people I've ever had to deal with. How do I get this resolved?
I'm on the verge of going to the Better Business Bureau. Any other suggestions?
