So I came into one of the AT&T stores last Thursday to go pay my bill after that I got an email me saying my bill has been paid I have the confirmation number. Then today I get an email saying that my bill is past due and needs to get paid of course I paid it as soon as I saw that cause we need our phone. But I have a question why are they going to say that I have paid then ask me to pay it again. I want answers and I would want my money back this is such inconvenience for me and my family.
