I scheduled a payment on 11/17 for $130.44, my account returned the payment for nsf, because my account didn't have overdraft protection. When I learned of this I rescheduled a new payment for a few days later in order to insure that I would have sufficient funds. The original payment was drafted three times before I could could get my account in proper standing. So I attempted to cancel my second scheduled payment; that is not an option on your online billing. I couldn't even change the date. So in attempt to not be charged more I deleted my bank information, yet my account was still charged. Knowing that there was no way I could pay the accrued overdraft fees, and my phone payment; I used my boyfriends debit card to pay the bill. Even after the bill was paid my bank account was still charged yet again. I was charged $30 on my bill for a returned payment from the first attempt which I paid. Then I was charged an additional $30 fee for the same payment. Now my account has been suspended for a $30 fee that I rightfully didn't owe. Now I'm going to be charged an additional $40 fee to have my account restored. My bank account was charged a total of six times when it should have only been charged once. That ultimately costed me well over $200 in fees to my bank account, which also caused additional fees to accrue to my bank account due to insufficient funds when my other scheduled automatic bill payments were returned. So now I'm insanely broke, my account is severely overdrafted, it's Christmas time and I have two little girls. Due to your policy of continuing to draft payments even after a new payment had been scheduled and a payment had been made, I am impoverished. What is it that can be done about this? I feel let down and wronged by this company. If this is the treatment I'm supposed to expect in the future I'm not sure I want to be with this company.
