i am having alot of difficulty with getting any help from anyone with an arrangement i agreed to pay on dec 12, 2014. I am fairly new to att and my account has not had best payment history due to some serious unforseen financial problems i have been having. I know it is not att's fault but all I need is some more time to pay my bill. I Can pay my entire past due balance on Jan 1, 2015 but not a single att rep seems to care. I was with verizon for 12 years and it was never this difficult to get help if i needed it. Can anyone give any suggsetions on how to get anyone to help or even care?
