Service Cancellation Time and Final Bill

My family's wireless account was suspended on September 6th, 2014 because we did not have enough money to pay the bill amount of over $600 and we are wondering when our service will be or was cancelled and what our final bill with the etf amounts will be because we need to know what we owe them so they don't have to worry about our late payments anymore.
