My wireless bill is due on the 5th and due to an unexpected expense, I am not able to make the payment until the 16th. I spoke with a CSR via online chat and was advised that due to the fact that my account is "new" I am not eligible for payment arragements but perhaps I can sometime in the future... it is "now" that I am concerned about, not "sometime in the future".
Does anyone know how long a wireless bill can go unpaid before the service is suspended?
