I terminated service for my AT&T Wireless # on 8/5/2014. I had already been charged the $110.32 flat rate (including taxes) for monthly service for the period 7/17-8/16/2014. The total service fees (including taxes) for the actual service period of 7/17-8/5/2014 should be about $73.54. ATT needs to refund me approximately $36.78 for the 10 day period of service (8/6-8/16/2014) that I pre-paid (credit card charged $110.32 on 8/9/2014). Every time I call ATT they eventually promise to send me a check but they never do. The problem is their own account representatives don't understand that they bill for monthly services in advance and that a pro-rated refund is due. They are poorly trained and have poor internal communications and follow-through. I have spent hours on the phone with them. I am going to file a complaint with the FCC for AT&T's billing practices if I don't get my money. Any other ideas on how I can get my money back?
