I went out and got a phone through ATT at walmart and had problems with them lieing to me about my service. Long story short I took the phone back and just went up to the corp store and got two phones and a tablet and was told that they would waive the activiation fee on the old phone. I get the bill in and it is 62.55 for 6 days of service, guess what the activiation fee is still there. I call in 4 different times and get hung up on every time after they say that they will fix it and have to get me over to a different department. I am about ready to just take back all of my new equipment on the new account and just be done with ATT altogther, how do I get the help I need. I like the service but if something isn't done then I am done. I have spent the last 2 and a half hours on the phone getting hung up on.
