I had called on Friday as I saw an international charge on my account. I have been having this problem for past 8 years (yes, thats how long I have been your employee) and I initially would keep getting some random $20 charged as a fee and from past couple of years, there has been a charge of me using your internaltional service. Time and again I have said this to your call center rep that I will never be using the international service from ATT as it is expensive.
On Friday, when I called, I was transfered to the intl calling dept to Jennifer *** (id#: ***). We spoke about the whole issue and then I asked her that I would like to speak to her manager/supervisor she first kept me on hold for a good 10-20 mins and then later she said that the manager is still busy and will call me in couple of hours. It is Monday and I still have not received a call from anyone from your company. This is frustrating and I would like to resolve this ASAP. Given I only have two months left after that I will clearly not be using your service with the amount of crap I had to go through.
Can I get an ETA when I will be getting a call from somebody?
