Billing page won´t work?

When I try and refill my gophone account, an error pops up saying to check with my bank, but upon calling my bank it was not them? It won´t let any payment form process, and I´m supposed to refill my account by today. Help??


I am paying 116.35 a month for ATT and not satisfied with the product.

Dear ATT,

 

I went over my data limitations on 1-15-17. However, I expect the phone to still work. I paid the account in full on 1/16. This was not the case. Despite three phone calls and one visit to an ATT store, I am disappointed that my service for eight days was interrupted. Being on a 2GB data plan made it near impossible to do email, go on websites, and do podcasts. My entire phone was slower. Nonetheless, when I paid an extra 7.00 more to go back up to the 4GB, then, all of a sudden, my wireless phone was much better. It should not take me 75-80 minutes to retrieve email. That is not fair considering how much that I pay. 

 

In addition, two phone reps said that a manager would call me back. No one from ATT ever did. 

 

A credit for the eight days of slowness is being asked. As a customer for many years, I deserve better.

Why is your wireless bills so high and of control with fees? I don't understand the bull---- of paying 3 months before you begin to reimburse for new phones. Some *** about people take the phones and run blah blah blah... You say that to someone that's been a loyal customer for over 5 years. Well we're fing done. Once this is paid off, which I completely believe we are being ripped off, we are done with att and any company you do business with. It's disgraceful. Fees for what, CEO didn't get enough bonus fee, oops we didn't make enough this qtr fee. You're an out of control company. Know that.

I returned a next trade in phone nov 1 2016. I have the usps tracking info showing I returned it to the post office. The smart label tracking number shows att werehouse received my return. I am being charged about $340 because att customer service says I did not return the phone!!!

I have had 3 "back office cases". The third one was made today. I'm at a loss here. The CSRs keep telling me I'll get my credit and they see I returned the phone. However the back office keep rejecting the cases saying they need more info. I don't know what else they could possibly want. They will not escalate the issue past a supersivor. I have been on the phone for about 9 hours this month trying to resolve this. I have employee names of who o spoke with and case numbers.

Can someone please help me? I'm at my wits end here.

I just paid my past bill which was 193.12 and my account online is saying that I owe a past due of 240.00 somethijng, I don't believe I do, it's kinda ridiculous

If I "nickname" a phone number when viewing my wireless billing under my login, will it be able to be seen under other family's logins? Example- I nickname my son's girlfriend's number as "girlfriend" when viewing the online bill under his number when I'm logged in. When he logs in under himself, will he see the nickname that I gave the number, or is it just nicknamed that when I view it? I can't see this answered anywhere. Thanks.


Extra charges on my bill

My cell phone bill was 200. I upgraded my son's phone in a store and was told it would go up to a maximum of 230 with the 18.00 monthly phone charge and taxes. My bill came and it was 289! I called and was told they would credit my account for the upgrade fee and all the "extra" fees that were applied by mistake and my next bill would be much lower. I just received my bill and it is 303!! I called customer service and was on the phone for over 26 minutes she refused to put me through to a supervisor I got so frustrated I told her to have a supervisor contact me back and hung up. I still have not been contacted and I am beyond furious! I am ready to say goodbye to ATT and all of their "mysterious " fees. I need someone to contact me back ASAP!

I upgraded from a fully-paid iPhone 6 (off contract) to an iPhone 7.  At the store, they told me they only had 256 GB's in stock, so I went with that because they promised me the $600 or $650 promotion, from pre-Sep 26, 2016.  I have all my receipts.  I left the store with the $850 phone and NO cash back for the phone I traded in.  I patiently waited 3 months for my statement credit (~$28) and now AT&T is telling me I never really qualified and I have to go back to the store.  I do not want to go back to the store and fight with them.  I gave them a perfectly good phone, and got NOTHING in return, and I have the paperwork to prove it.  The people on the main AT&T line keep telling me they will put me on with a manager and I stay on hold forever.  Or they put me into Young America Promotions and they never pick up.  If the store lied to me the first time they will clearly not be interested in helping me this time, or they will promise me something again and I will wait another 3 months at which time it will be ancient history.  What am I supposed to do ?  Someone please help we are talking ALOT of money here.  PS - I have a total of 4 iPhones and 2 LTE ipads so I pay them a lot of money per month.

Suspension during a dispute More than 8k in questionable charges

I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for many years and worked through thousands of dollars in disputes but I am currently not understanding the logic in suspending my account and causing my business to, without warning, thave no way to service our customers or receive calls from anyone involved in our business relationships or be able to pay any monies due our vendors, including AT

&T, because we cant operate our business. Furthermore, I cannot even dial 611 to make my challenges known because I'm expected to call from another phone. All my phones were with AT&T.

 

 

I have invested many hours trying to protect our lines, including reactivating my personal account rather than going to another carrier. We have 9 Iphones and 4 Ipads but for the last three or four months we have been charged over 10k.  We have more than 20 devices on our account (some were reported stolen more than a year ago and I assume the person(s) responsible for the theft are greatly appreciating the unlimited usage base on their activity

 

 DON'T HAVE ANOTHER PHONE TO CALL AT&T ON TO DISCUSS THEIR MISTAKE AND MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING IRREPARABLE  DAMAGE

 

After spending 3 hours typing with some great At&T folks, It became clear I couldn't find a way of interrupting the maddness destroying my business. I stopped by an AT &T store  to buy an entry level phone for 60 dollars and then pay a 10 cent a min charge, But just couldn't bear the thought of AT&T benefiting financially from this inexcusable action

 

I just couldn't do it!

Not Getting My Plenti Points

I have call numerous times to ATT and nothing has been done. I been custumer of ATT for long time. When plenti came out I link it to my account and was getting my points. Then I got Direct TV and I bundle my account and set up paperless and auto pay and have never got a point again. Last time I got points was August 2016. I activated a promo in December for 2000 point for each line I conected. I conected 2 new lines to my account and didnt get points. I have call ATT and Plenti a lot of times. ATT told me last time I call that they will investigate and call me back. Im still waiting for call for over a month. What custumer service this is.

Back in November I kept getting a text message every 5 minutes that I used 1GB of data. I thought maybe something was wrong with the texting system. Well, we received our bill and there it was an extra 250.00 for data usage. We took the bill into an AT&T store and even the man working there said you can not use 21 GB in 7 hrs. We have never even used 1 GB in a month. AT&T won't discount that money. We have been a customer with AT&T for years and have never ran into this problem before. I can't seem to talk to anyone that can help. This is absolutely ridiculous to even think someone could use that amount of data in 7 hrs. I would like to talk to someone that could help this situation!

Recently I lost two family members and I used my minutes more than usual because I was talking to my family more and making arrangements. I received txt messages regarding my overages this was during December 2016. Honestly at the time I did not want to deal with the situation so I ignored it. That is until 12/27/16 I called AT&T and asked for an increase to my minutes and that is all! Forward to 1/13/17 I get my bill and it shows I no longer have unlimited messaging but pay per use! I called AT&T to resolve the matter I was on the phone for over an hour the representative apologized and stated when I increased my minutes my plan was altered. I have always had the grandfather plan with unlimiting messaging. The representative claimed he fixed the issue and credit all the overages. On 1/25/16 I received an email my txt messaging was being suspended because I had accumulated more than $200 in messaging. I called AT&T my fifth time calling regarding this matter and spoke to a manager named Benjamin who assured me my plan would be restored and the overages would be removed. He stated to allow 24hrs for my services to be restored. Well today I still have not received any messages I called again and spoke to a representative named Ryan who stated he was going to fix the issue however instead he hung up on me and did not even attempt to call me back. I called AT&T again and spoke to a representative named Ciara she stated she fixed my problem and to again allow 24hrs before my services are restored. I don't understand how AT&T can run a company with employees who have no accountability. I am beyond frustrated it has been a very difficult time for my family emotionally and financially and this situation with AT&T is just putting me over the edge. When a client has to call more than one time for a recurring problem there needs to be a system in place where the representative who deals with the call follows up with the client. That shows a company values its customer more than just as revenue but on a personal level. When there are too many hands that touch an account that raises the chances of errors. I really hope AT&T resolves my issue this time because now not only has my plan been just altered without my consent but I'm being deprived of service that I pay for. I just want to be able to focus on my family and not this issue.

I have been tirelessly contacting AT&T because I have not received any trade in credits on my bill for participating in their trade in promotion for iPhone 6 for free iPhone 7. It was supposed to post to my bill within 2-3 billing cycles. I'm going on the 5th and still nothing. I've called dozens on times and every time I get reps who give me a different story and promise it would be on my next bill. Next bill come and nothing. I'm at a loss as to how to get this resolved. I spoke to supervisors as well. I'm beyond disgusted with how much time I've spent on this and how poorly AT&T has handled this. What can I do?

Since I received my ZTE Maven gophone since the old flip phone had become obsolute, to be replaced by ATT for free, something has been robbing me of my minutes everyday. Today there's a $9.58 charge although I've not made any calls today.  ATT has been contacted before and they always resubmit my minutes, but the same thing keeps happening again.. Can someone tell me what's happening, and how to fix it?

Hi , How can you threaten a customer with turning off their service two days before it's due. I'm a very good customer and I've never been late or missed a payment in two years so to send me a nasty note about my bill is rude especially when I have two days to go on my arrangement . I know I have a bill to pay and your phone company is my life line with out it I can't function. So I would appreciate if you would find a more pleasant way of reminding your valuable customers that their bill is due and furthermore I love doing business with AT&T .
