Once again lied to on the phone

When I called to get my uverse promotion taken care of, I was offered the upgrade to 15 gb of data on my phone.  The lady on the phone told me it was only $8 more a month.  This is the 2nd time the lie happened...the first was with uverse. I have been a loyal customer for years, I wish the call center was local I would go there and demand to speak to a manager.  This is ridiculous.  Please don't call me and try to make amends for the horrible customer service.  I will be looking elsewhere when my plans come up for renewal.  Tell your customer service staff to get their facts straight.
