i'm so beyond angry! att preferred customer for years, several att departments continuously messed up drafts from bank, taken double payments caused other bills to be late, cost money in penalties,late fees, with those companies, that caused need a payment arrangement with AT&T, AGAIN, the customer service rep didn't do it right, didn't take the payment.several occasions AT&T, DIDN'T take the payment out of account, and shut all 5 of my cell lines off without notice. said pay the arranged amount plus current bill before will restore my service, I'm disabled on fixed income, 95% of my check, if before the 4th of oct,or will be over $900.without service. the arrangements made, the money there, AT&T dropped the ball, have $1000's of AT&T devices, ALL useless, my credit ruined, they won't do anything about employees mistakes, just sorry, you have to pay. i pay AT&T nearly $500 a month, and this is how they treat "prefered"customers???
