So recently I arranged a late payment because I knew I wouldn't have all the money on time to pay my bill. I pushed my bill date to the 28th of August but I got paid on the 27th so I went ahead & paid my bill on the 27th. Payment authorized the next day. 2 days late I get another email saying that AT&T was trying to take another payment out of the same amount but I got declined because there wasn't enough money to take it out again. But on my att app it says that the payment was authorized & it went through. I'm confused as to why my app says the payment was made but here it is Sep 7th & att had tried to take the same payment 2 more times this week. Why does att keep trying to charge my card for a payment that is clearly on file of being made? My September bill isn't even due until the 18th but they keep trying to take it from my account which they can't but I keep getting declined charges for this? I need someone to be clear & tell me what's going on. Even if I did arrange the late payment, the payment was still taken out regardless so why are they trying to take it out again? I think this is very unprofessional & I would like to have this taken care of in a timely matter. & I know as soon as my direct deposit hits my account another attempt will be made. I tried finding a way to have take my card off of the app but there is no option so I just have to have them taking that money out of my account again but the payment was already made. someone please help I feel this is a huge inconvenience to me & to my account because I keep getting charged for them trying to take a payment that's already been made. Someone please help, I'm very reasonable but if this isn't taken care of in a timely manner I more than likely will be taking my business elsewhere because I have been overcharged in the past &I have had to call in to have extra charges taken off of my account.
