AT&T Wireless Billing- Customer Care Supervisor Behaviour

Hi ,

 

I have been with at&t for over 5 years now and I am continuing be with them because of their exceptional customer service thatthey have even though they have a poor reception at my place.

 

But, for the first time yesterday, when I called at&t about my additional charges to my wireless bill of 15$ since I used "2MB" yes "2MB" of overage data, I had a very bad experience.

 

The representative was not able to help me nor able to answer my question on how I exceeded my data limit and he was not able to wave off the extra charge and he says he can do nothing about it.

 

Here comes the worst part, 10 mins later I get a call from "supervisor" who was not only being rude in introducing himself but was not even listening to what I was explaining.

He kept on saying "At&T cannot do anything about the extra charge."

 

And when I was still explaining and asking him about how did I ever exceed data plan if I turned off my data plan connection, the moment I saw an alert saying that I am almost nearing the 2 GB plan that I had, Her was his answer " Is there anything else ??" .I did not even complete what I was saying. he showed me the attitude "I have work to do". Dude, I was in the middle of my working when you called me up. I wasted my time to talk to you and after all its your work that you are doing

 

This incident really p*** me off ..I hope someone from at&t can call me up to discuss more about this or else I am gonna change my plan with immediate effect.
