I called customer service about a data problem, where my data online wasn’t showing up and it caused me to go over my data. The manager then bribed me asking me to upgrade my data for 5.00 more dollars a month and he would take care of the problem and take the overage charges off my account. I am already paying 150.00 a month for two phones. When I mentioned that I was being bribed, he basically was quiet and didn’t know what to say like he was caught. I am now going to look into switching providers because of this. Beware everyone that this is taking place and I don’t want anyone else to go through this!
