I have had service with att for several years and then began having finically problems causing my bank to hold my deposited checks. My payment didn't go through this month and I was out of service area and did not get text message telling me payment didn't go through and my service was shut off. I called att to are if I could work out a way to pay half this week and the rest next week and was told no service couldn't be restored till total payment was made that I could have made arrangements before it was shut off but I didn't know till after. After so many years of being with att I am disappointed I am looking into other mobile companies now despite being satisfied with the service up till now. My wife works with her phone and now may become unemployed as well due to this problem.
