Jumping Through Hoops

Our account number has changed because our home phone and cell phones are no longer on one bill. I paid the bill to the old account number and when I called I was told you had no proof of payment. I pulled up my bill I g statement on my bank account and provided a reference number for you. I then was told you couldn't pull up the old account number because it's a different system. If you home phone and cell phone accounts are unable to communicate I think that's ridiculous. So now I have to call my bank for physical proof if payment after I provided a reference number. Then I have to fax over the proof with clear instruction to transfer the funds from the old account to the new account. Then I was told your going to turn our phones off tomorrow. If this new system if yours keeps messing up and causing a head ache for your costumers maybe it's not worth your time. I work with electronic accounts everyday and know if something doesn't work for our costumers it doesn't work for us. I think it's despicable that you expect me to double pay you even though I have already paid, then threaten to shut off our phones because your system isn't smart enough to communicate with an old account number. I am very Unhappy that I am having to do all of the work and have to jump through hoops to get the issue resolved.
