I ordered a phone 8-22-2014 and was told it would be delivered today.The customer service rep failed to order the phone.

att customer represtative qoute me some price but if now i am trying to call att and asking how much i will pay for my lines than they are saying almost double amount than they qoute me before signing my 2 year contract.
beside when they qoute me that time i asked for writen email from them because i knew that once i will hand the call than after they will say we do not have thos kind of any deals.
but i have that qoutation in written which i will submit with my compalin.
AT&T represatative lied to me that why i am filing my complain.
