I feel I have been violated too. We were upgrading our son's phone. Got him iphone 5s. The salesman said it was 98 dollars for the upgrade. That is what was charged on our charge card. Come to find out they charged us 749.99 dollars and the 98.00 dollars was for taxes. So we are making payments on the phone. The salesman changed our plan to save us money. We are not saving that much money. Called ATT and were told my two different representatives that our son was on our contract but not on our contract. I am very upset. I will not buy anything from ATT again because you cannot believe what the salesperson is telling you.
