How do I file a complaint with ATT.i have had an issue where my son and daughter upgraded their phones and we're removed from being able to receive the mobile share discount.apparently were put on new contracts..feel totally deceived.did this at best buy .they say only ATT can change it. ATT wont.or say the can't reactivate contract where all 4 phones received discount. So pay.for the mobile data plan but only two phone now get discount . I was told nothing was changed..it was.. I have talked with customer reps. 4 different times and get 4 different excuses.i have talked withTheir supervisors and have left messages for two supervisors above them but have not received one response from my my 4 calls in two weeks back..totally dissatisfied. But funny enough no where to complain other than customer service. Calling BBB on both ATT and best buy. But would be nice to actually be able to file formal complaint with ATT
