Long Time Customer NOT HAPPY

The wireless billing has always been confusing.  I resorted to paying as same amount each month. My service was cut off when my teenage downloaded something which cause a charge for Data going over Data limit. Causing a outstanding balance of $50.00. To restore service I had to pay the $50 and $40 turn service and $5 for processing. In all I paid $95 for $50 past due amount. ...... On hold and talking with customer service reps, supervisors, and managers for over 2 hours.  This has never happened in my almost 15 years of loyality with AT&T.......... paid the charges, balance and new bill due 9-1  to the tune of $400.00.Now I have a credit for next time ( if there is a next time thinking I need a change) ...Its not always about money.. Its more about how you treat people...
