Last month I had a very high bill. When I called in the Financial Dept. told me to figure out what I could pay and then call back in, that they would work with me. I have been a customer since 2004. When I called today to tell what I could pay tomorrow, they told me the payment arrangement was set for the whole $800 bill, to pay what I could and call back. Is there no way to add the remainder to the next 2 bills, not forever- just a couple bills? I cant take every dime I have and pay and then get it all turned off.
