How can I contact local wireless store

I have been waiting days to hear back about a complaint from a representative in my local wireless store but no luck. Calls are going unanswered.
There seems to be no voice mail or email options. Seems ridiculous to get on my car and drive over there, I am hoping there is some directory or something that can provide me with another contact number .
